No matter the style, the colors, the guest list, or the fanfare…
there is one thing that we all know to be true – at the end of the day, you’ll be marrying your best friend, your soulmate, your partner in crime, the cream to your Oreo.
… but the magic doesn’t have to end there.
I Am a wedding photographer…
… because I know that day usually only comes once (unless you’re my parents, then you married twice… to each other).
I’m a wedding photographer because I know those memories are fleeting, just like the ones of your childhood with your family- that one Christmas Eve when you got the doll house and saw the magic of Christmas.
I’m a wedding photographer because there will be a day when the details, the decor, the cake, and more importantly the people, will only be a memory and these photos will be more important then, than they are today.
I’m a wedding photographer for your granddaughter who finds your wedding album and asks you who the young woman in the pretty dress is while she daydreams of her own wedding day.
Hi, I’m Meg…
a Boston-Irish girl with a southern heart and salt water running through my veins. If you’ve found me through social media, you’ve certainly “met” my overly photographed dog and love of my life, Fenway. I lack the Boston accent but will always call it home. I have a silly obsession with pelicans and I’m fascinated with (yet, completely terrified of) jellyfish. Put me at the beach with the sound of the ocean and I’m in complete paradise. I will cry at your wedding and at your child’s birth – guaranteed.
I believe our society puts a lot of pressure on women and they way we look – and not enough on how we feel. I look to empower women through photography by providing an experience that’ll make them truly feel – feel like themselves, feel beautiful, feel powerful, feel wild and free.
